that can qualify you for mortgage
approval may include

sources besides
wages, such as boarder income
from relatives or non-relatives.
Proof
that you handle credit responsibly
may include rent payments;
payments for electricity,
water, or other
utilities as well as other
payments you make on a regular basis.
With Neighbor
Now, you need no money of
your own (necessary funds may come
from a
variety of sources including
gifts; grants; loans from
relatives
or
nonprofit groups; employer-assisted
housing;
or a secured loan from a
lender).
Neighbor Now includes several new
loan options that can make it even
easier to buy your new home such
as:
- 5/1 and 7/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages
- 40
Year Fixed Rate Amortization
- 30
Year and 40 Year Fixed Interest
only loans
- 2-1 Buydowns (The first
2 years payments are at a reduced
interest rate
2% lower than a 30 yr fixed rate mortgage)
